Do not lie tossing and rumpling the sheets,

Do not walk on the streets like a confused person,

Stop biting your nails while waiting for the bus or train,

Stop walking around in circles because your loved ones are already afraid for your life,

Stop chasing your dreams to the end of the earth.

Get hold of it – dreams, writing, worries, activities. Anything that makes you restless and try making it a reality.

There is no harm in trying.

Moreover, let us see if this ‘temporary defeat is not a blessing in disguise for the reason that it brings us up with a jerk and redirects our energies along different and more desirable lines.
